The client's section is here to provide info to clients as to when I AM available, when I am not available, and general announcements effecting me or you or both.

Whether or not you want to know where I am or what I am up to, then this is the place for you to find all the info about what's going on and all the announcements I have.

February 1, 2012 - Late start today, so I will be replying to emails well after 5p today

Stop resetting your own wait! If you email me before I reply you reset your own wait on all unanswered emails. "Just checking" on my reply is, 9 times out of 10, just heckling me for a faster response. AND on top of making yourself wait longer for a reply, every time you nag me to reply faster (usually this is someone cannot wait 1.5 business days for a reply, nothing like 2 weeks, mind you) you get a mark on your file. 5 marks on your file (and I'll warn you when you're on your penultimate mark,) and you are fired as a client with no refund. So, it's up to you. :)

January 30, 2012 - Every time you do not wait for my reply and send a "just checking" email to see where it is (normally the person doing this can't even be bothered to wait one full business day from sending their email,) you reset your wait on all unanswered emails. If I catch you engaging in this behavior too frequently (and to me that's twice or three times) then you risk getting  fired as my client. I have and will "fire" any trouble maker. It's in  my terms of servicve and disclaimer.

If you want a faster reply, it helps to answer the FAQ, and to also not require me to just answer 4 hours of questions...hint sometimes a "quick question" is not quick to answer.

January 27, 2012 - almost 11 hours without power today thanks to an ice storm, - want to see some pretty pics? Click here. Otherwise I will be tardy on my replies due to having no power all day, and with my luck and this work load I'll probably be working on my days off AGAIN this weekend. :P

January 23, 2012 - I will be unavailable til 2:30p today. I am answering a few emails but am doing some much needed maintance on my PC ;) Updates should be finished no later than 2:30est

January 22, 2012 - Business hours are posted on my contact page as they have been for the past 2-3 years since I moved to this server. I put them there so no one would have any excuse whatsoever to make regarding being ignorant of this fact if they contact me through the contact page. Kindly note the business hours do not fall on the weekend. While I am working on my days off this weekend, I strongly suggest not acting out or being rude. My zero tolerance policy on rude or out of line behavior and nagging is like...less than zero when I work on my day off. ;) I do not hesitate to fire clients or refuse business. One bad client takes the time of 10-15 average clients, so I don't need to waste that much energy - I would rather apply that energy to people who can be patient and wait a few hours for my reply. ;)

January 21, 2012 - Hmm, working on my days off again. My favorite...and yeah that's sarcasm. :P

Just a note, one of the reasons my email and my repsonse times are so hideous as of late starts with people "just checking" on me frequently (*sigh*) or "Forgetting" policies that have been in place in my business since probably before you knew my business existed, or perhaps ignoring outright published notices that I will not consider or accept particular types of work. There is one woman who was nice enough to eat up 3 hours of my time after having her business declined. Not to try to argue me into taking her business, merely that she thought if I gave her a price quote that would change my mind on accepting her business? Listen, I don't know how many times you have to hear "No price, as I do not charge to NOT accept your business," but the next person who bothers me for 3 hours for a price that doesn't exist is not going to get as polite a response as that woman did. :P

If you're waiting for an email from me and your last email TO ME is over 5 BUSINESS DAYS old (so m,tu,w, th, fr are my business days) then please resend it.

January 16, 2012 - Getting a huge bevy of requests for love/recon issues. I'm incredibly picky about who's business I will accept, especially with love and recon...so since my inbox looks like a hurricane hit it (whoever posted my URL on some site should please remove it, thanks, and please check "Posting/Sharing" under the Terms of Service) please be prepared for delays. I forsee a long amount of writing I never get paid for in my future (since I decline to be hired on a great deal of love/recon requests.)

Today is technically a day off for me. I will be answering some emails (if I don't I will NEVER see the bottom of that pile) but I may not be available during my regular hours.

Due to PayPal "reviewing" payments I may make  reading services have to be paid for 24 hours prior to reading. They have "reviewed" (this means freezing a perfectly good payment often from a trusted customer on a random basis for 24-36 hours so neither the buyer or myself can do anything with that money until they tell us what we know - that it's good - and for a service that is supposed to start within 2 hours of payment) a few payments lately. I risk not getting paid or losing the payment for the service by being forced to cancel everytime they do that, too...so...if I get "reviewed" again in the next 4 months, every reading service will require I be paid at least 24 hours in advance, and spells will not start for up to 60 hours after payment (36 + 24,) with instant payments being no later than 36 hours post payment, and reviewed payments no later than 60 hours after payment.

January 10, 2012 - Just a reminder, invoices self cancel after 48 hours. If your invoice self cancels I will not send a new one and I will no longer accept your request  for services.

January 7, 2012 - Just a note, my readings special is over. If you did not purchase the time with the special price, you must pay the regular rate.

Having A LOT of people making me repeat the FAQ or asking about my hours....which are posted on the part you contact me through BECAUSE I thought "Hey, people have to see that page to contact me," therefore making it hard to miss...well, but it's still getting missed. ;) Any suggestions on how to make it more obvious that my time off is the weekends and that readings can only be scheduled during specific hours are appreciated. Let me know your thoughts!

January 5, 2012 - my email work wasnt' really started til late today and I'm suffering from a space bar on my keyboard that only wants to work 1/3 of the time. :P Please expect some slightly tardy replies. :/

January 3, 2012 - Just a reminder when I get back from vacation (as in today) I need to go after work that will be PAYING ME first. If you're sad because you had a bad day or someone hasn't texted you in ten minutes, or something, me comforting you isn't my job, firstly, and 2nd-ly I obviously don't get paid for it. ;) I'm a psychic and a rootworker, not psychologist and your mom, too. ;) Me giving some form of emotional support often takes almost last place on the business roster but I can offer some comfort and advice after I get to the paying work invoving actual problems related to a spell situations that aren't just sadness/anxiety/impatience. That said, if you have an actual issue with your spell or your situation you may be waiting as late as the 5th to hear back from me unless it's an emergency. You thinking your spell to death because someone hasn't called you today is probably not an emergency, just means you really need to obsess less. ;)

January 1, 2011 - Happy 2012 to all my clients :)

I will be resuming office hours starting 1/3/12 - until the third I am technically "on vacation" so if it takes me a bit to get back to you, I'm sorry. Which reminds me....you do all understand the weekend is my time off all the time every week right? I think a few of you may have missed that.

December 26, 2011 - Due to "surprise" company I will have limited availability this week. I can't do readings with people bothering me every 3 minutes, so I'll let you know when they clear out. :P The reason they were a surprise is because I'd not have  let them come otherwise I think. ;)

December 21, 2011 - As we get to the final few days before I go on xmas break a few things... I am answering emails and resending those which did not make it to you thanks to web mail snafu as fast as I can. Checking up on me will not speed this process.

I have an ice storm in progress here so electric might go at some point tonight, sorry for any inconvenience.

And if you're not  going to purchase a service til after Xmas, please ask me about it after Xmas. There are people trying to get consults and make purchases before the holiday, and you're not in any rush. ;) Let them ahead of you in line so to speak.
